Exercise
Where can you go to exercise that is fun?
Moving your body enough is SO important for your health and it is one of the KEY ingredients to feeling GREAT!
Exercising does not have to be boring or dull, it can be extremely enjoyable! And who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks! Now I am not suggesting you are a dog, but I am certainly suggesting, that if you are bored with exercise, that you could try something new!
5 Benefits of Exercise:
- Builds lean muscle mass, more muscle means you use up more energy and you feel like you have more energy to use up!
- Increases lymphatic circulation, which helps your body to pump out toxins.
- Burns calories, it is a great way to help you manage your weight.
- Releases endorphins, so that you feel happy and energised. In fact exercising in the morning has been found to be extremely effective at warding off depression.
- Weight bearing exercise supports bone density, minimising risk of osteoporosis.
There are LOADS of ways and places to exercise that are fun, and you don’t have to do it by yourself…
Below are some of they ways I exercise and some of my favourite exercise promoters. You will be in GOOD HANDS with any of these…

How much exercise is enough?
Aim to exercise for 30 minutes every day. If you can’t do 30 minutes do SOMETHING everyday! There are 1440 minutes in a day, make some of them active minutes, you will be glad you did.
2 Key points to remember:
1. Do something you love to do! There are many ways to enjoy exercise or being physically active.
2. You don’t have to exercise because you love exercising you are exercising because you love what having exercised does for you!
