Being busy and making time to look after yourself and your health can be a challenge. I understand that, I run my own business, it's a juggle!  It is possible, but anything that makes it quicker, easier and takes it off the too hard shelf helps!  That's why I've Got Life has invested time and energy into tips and tricks so that you don't have to.

If you are busy, your health can be a WONDERFUL extra asset and investment.  Your productivity and stamina is dependent on your energy levels (your physical health) and your emotional and mental wellbeing (your psychological health).

Here are some tips to and tricks to keep your energy up and to keep your state great!

1.   Eat breakfast everyday. Start with a glass of water and then eat something that includes fresh fruit and some protein.  Some super  quick, easy, no fuss options might be:

  • oranges and almonds
  • fruit salad or a couple of pieces of fruit and a couple of boiled eggs
  • mushrooms on toast (good quality toast)
  • fruit salad and muesli
  • smoothie
  • pumperknickle toast with nut spread, pear slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sliced banana, ground almonds and a sprinkle of cinnamon
  • scrambled eggs, spinach, grilled tomato and avocado

2.  Keep healthy snacks in your car and in your desk drawers and in your bag or on your person
