Moving your body enough is SO important for your health and it is one of the KEY ingredients to feeling GREAT!
Exercising does not have to be boring or dull, it can be extremely enjoyable! And who said you can't teach an old dog new tricks! Now I am not suggesting you are a dog, but I am certainly suggesting, that if you are bored with exercise, that you could try something new!

2 Key points to remember:
1. Do something you love to do! There are many ways to enjoy exercise or being physically active.
2. You don't have to exercise because you love exercising you are exercising because you love what having exercised does for you!
