It is easy to underestimate what an impact your health has on how you feel and how well you "do" life.  I did, (even as a nutritionist living in Brisbane!)

Can you relate to waking up in a haze with the alarm clock or the sound of your kids? You hit the snooze button or pull the covers over your head.

Eventually you drag yourself out of bed, still feeling tired, wondering if you slept at all. You rely on your caffeine hit, stimulants and sugar to get through the day.
